Help re handbrake

So I replaced my rear rotors, pads, and handbrake shoes.

Now the handbrake goes up all the way and doesn't grab. I've adjusted it at the brakes and it's still the same. Any ideas what the problem is? Surely it's not the cable. Car had only 54,000kms

You can adjust the hand brake by pulling off the hand brake boot. Under the boot there should be 2 nuts where you can adjust the cable to each wheel.

Thanks. But does anyone have a photo of the screws because I took the leather boot off and couldn't see any screws to adjust.
