ventura and vineland has shopping center.
we could go to VCR from there.
VCR ends by 9:30.
CHP is all over the roads by 9.

No overtaking but definitely spirited driving.

Has anyone gone on a Sunday Run here? I don't get it.
2 things-->

1. After 9 am people are up and going to places like church and beach.
2. CHP Wakes up at 9am. We should be wrapping up by then. On our way to PCH for brunch.

He speaks the truth. If you start at 9, you're guaranteed to be held up by old farts going 5 under the speed limit, dodging cops around every other corner and then being stuck in hours of traffic when it's time to go home.

My group and I start by 7:30am at the latest. Preferably at sunrise. Early starts are even more important when you have a large group.

Have fun and be safe out there.
