what i do care about, however, is you continually question my integrity and disputing my assessment of the vehicle. everything i stated about the car was 100% correct - i'm not some hack; i do boutique detailing as a hobby and sell such products professionally, and understand exactly what i'm looking at. i had no reason knock the coverage of the vehicle since i was out from the beginning because i simply did not fit comfortably in it. i wanted someone to enjoy it as much as i would have but unfortunately the vehicle from the beginninig was completely misrepresented. i hate to throw accusations about but judging from the information you are claiming and what i saw with my very own eyes (and Armand from VAC as well), i fear you might be a bit delusional. but that is your problem, especially now. i also am curious why you asked me to call you...which i did, twice...and you didn't have the common courtesy to call me back or even thank me for calling or providing any info whatsoever to you. listen, i don't wish you any ill will, but from what you asked for in your first post to what this car was...they are two completely different things. good luck with it but please watch your attitude when people are trying to help you. Geauxkart, enjoy your new car, and the excitement that comes with it! That really is a great combo you have.
Whats most important is that its gone to someone that will care for it properly, & that will address whatever cosmetic needs it has (regardless of how severe or not they actually are). And that YOU are happy with the deal you got. Keep us posted on the progress you make with it. This is what its all about....

Oh, don't worry about me being excited or happy...
I am thrilled. It should be here in about a week. Horseless carriage is bringing it down. My wife and I fish offshore a lot, we just ordered the plate WAHOOO. (If you fish offshore, you know how fast a wahoo is... if not, it's still fitting for the car) Once I get her here, I'll get some pics up. |

I have fished out of new orleans into the gulf (actually with a friend who is from your area), and caught a few Wahoo myself. I know exactly what your talking about, very fitting!!!

While we are still waiting for the car to get picked up by Horseless Carriage... My Dad was kind enough to take it to the local paintless repair shop, a very respected one - with cars far nicer than this... Gotta say, she came out great. 2 scratches, about 1/4", and a scraped fang - otherwise immaculate. Pics from his house:
