BMW E85 Z4 Aero Kit - Front Bumper and skirts
I have a BMW Z4 Aero Kit (Front Bumper and 2 side skirts) - bought directly from BMW. It's all factory parts, front bumper, skirts, grilles, lights etc. You can re-use the factory clips your current Z4 has. It should fit Z4's up to 2006-2008. Mine is a 2008. It may fit pre-06, but I am not sure. It's painted Alpine White. I have less than 8000 miles on this kit. I recently took this kit off as my Z4 is going bye bye and my replacement convertible S4 is here. ( Yes not a BMW but it fits my kids in the back seat while still being a convertible. ) Photos included of what your Z4 will look like with this Aero kit ** This front bumper has the headlight washers on them. also front tow hook cover is painted is installed Price is $1200 or best offer NJ Local Pick up only NO Shipping incl Front Bumper cover w/headlight washer covers (needs your BMW emblem and kidney grilles swapped over everything else included) left and right fog assemblies installed complete bumper bottom grilles installed both sides reflectors installed Left Side rocker panel w/rubber gasket installed Right Side rocker panel w/rubber gasket installed All painted in Alpine White. I drove my Z4 less than 8000 miles in 2 years so you know these pieces are in excellent shape. This is a complete bolt on bumper and side skirts (I did it in less than 1 hour). Check out what it would cost you unpainted here ($1600) (paint work was $650) http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...29&hg=51&fg=95 My Z4 with stock parts With aero front bumper and skirts

Do these include the fog lights too? 2003-05 just use the ones already on the car, but 06+ need the round ones.

I sent a PM 15 minutes after his original post asking about the skirts and haven't heard a word back.

Tired of waiting going to go with www.getbmwparts.com for the skirts. They have a special on them and at least they reply to you.

Just as an FYI, if you don't need the headlight washers you can get the front bumper, side skirts and rear bumper add-on for $503 + shipping from Tischer. I believe shipping was around $150 last I heard.
Part # 51190150773 So for $650 you get all 4 parts in primer. Tischer charges $560 (shipped) for the pair of sideskirts unpainted. |

That part for all the aero pieces did not work. I tried Tischer and I tried calling my BMW Dealership to order it. BMW has discontinued it.
"Order number XXXXXX has been cancelled as the complete aero kit is not available to order from BMW anymore. For this reason, we do run it on special as 3 separate kits (front, rear, sides) in the Z4 section of our specials catalog - please re-order from there if you'd like to proceed. Also, the pre-authorization of the original purchase price has been removed from your card. Thank you. -getBMWparts.com" |

Note from Tisher,
"BMW no longer offers the Z4 aero kit as a complete kit. For this reason, we run the front, sides, and rear kits on special in our BMW Accessories/Specials catalog on our site under the Z4 section." Looks like you have to pay an extra $500 to $1k depending on what you want from the aero kit. |

Whats the deal with the Tischer (getbmwparts.com) website with regards to the Aero front bumper? They say models up to 12/05 do not need foglights, whereas ones after 12/05 need foglights???
Why would BMW change something halfway through the '05 model year? I could see if it was '06+ models needed new foglights... I think the website is wrong? Chris |

The Aero kit uses the same round fog lights that were used on the cars until the 2006 facelift.

Thanks! I figured that was the case, but Tischers notes said otherwise.

I'd get the side skirts but at a total of $800 painted, I think I might get the ESS tune instead..
