I'm pretty happy with my AA ECU tune as well, but bad service is at the top of my pet-peeve list. I can't stand it when businesses don't take care of customers, or even potential customers. It's beyond dumb, and something I'll never figure out. Sad that some of us can't start businesses of our own due to financial reasons. I myself feel like a lot of business owners could learn a thing or two from customers. Power to the buyer

No offense to you, im sure if some threads are read, you can see a lot of people who have had to wait days, mayeb even a week for a response or customer service. not trying to bash. i love ESS products. I own your handheld and possibly a supercharger in the future. I look forward to the help when i need my new maps for the tune. I will then share the experience with other forum members to see. Thanks, Dave EDIT: back on topic. anyone have any luck with AA yet?

Hello Everyone,
First I want to thank you guys for showing the interest in the SC kit for your Z4M's and I appreciate you even considering Active Autowerke for this upgrade. As far as the SC system for the Z4M is concerned it is something we are seriously considering. If we decide to go ahead with this option we will offer a few different options which is what I think you are looking for. I am also aware there are a few local members that are interested in this upgrade, if you are indeed one of these members please send me an email directly to omurray@activeautowerke.com and I will get back to you once more information is available. There was also a mention of the 'SMG' shift light option for the Z4M on our site, I apologize for the confusion and that has been corrected. Thanks again and I will have more information for you all shortly. Best Regards, |

There was a similar thread about this a couple weeks ago, albeit the Rotrex kit. They need a car for development. If I had $5k lying around, it would be mine. Maybe at the end of the summer?

ESS one is way over my budget as a full time student

I've been talking back and forth to Omar about AA using my car for product development. I should hear back this week on the final details on price and timeline for the install. I'll keep everyone informed as the updates flow in.

This is something we are working on and unfortunately it will not be something decided over night. I assure you this is something we have been discussing but we have other things dealing with on a daily basis. Thanks for your interest and I will have more information for you soon.

I get back from Afghanistan next June.....I will be shopping then, have owned a lot of AA products, and it is closer to my family in Orlando....so, make this happen Omar! I leave in December of this year, so I won't mind lending my car to AA for 6 months.....
