I'm lowered on TC Kline coil overs. I did not have to make any changes to the tie rod ends but I did have to change out the sway bar end links. If I recall I got them from Turner.

I don't have this installed, but this is probably what you're looking for.

No you'll need to get the E46 one based on this DB:
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/part...&q=32106774221 I would call GC and confirm. But the ETK seems to suggest that the tie-rod ends on the Z4 is the same as the E46. I suspect, even though the rack is based on an E36 design, the lower control arm is E46 while the knuckle is E36. So the longer (I assume) E46 control arm dictates the longer E46 tie-rod. Just a wild guess though. Sorry, like I said, I'm not lowered enough to require tie-rod spacers.

How low are you going? I know my friend running a Z4MC track car runs these GC pieces and modified/custom control arms to get full suspension travel and correct alignment. He is both lowered 2-3" and running 18x10.5 square

I?m not sure how low. Will discuss with my alignment shop. But I need to lower more to try to maximize my downforce. Can you post a pic of your friends track car? Is it the one with aeromotions with that runs NASA ?

Hey I know that guy, he’s at most of the CCA CRs and a few NASA ones as well.

I would like some help here to install this since gc doesn?t send a installation guide.
Do I need to have suspension loaded when installing it? Or I just measure the length of the Oem rod and do the same? Also the gc rod comes with a lot of spacer sizes. How do I know which spacer I should use to keep same geometry? My car as of now is almost stock height, I think Thanks!

The TIS does not specify installing/tightening while under load. See attached PDF.
32 21 3AZ is 65Nm and TIS recommend replacing the nut. 32 21 5AZ is 45Nm. You don't need the special tool, you'll need a ball joint separator (looks like a giant tuning fork) and a dead blow hammer to separate the tie-rod. Haven't had to do it for the tie-rod but have done it for the control arm on an E46. Pretty straight forward. As for the spacers, I think you set the car to desired ride height, and measure the angle at which the tie-rod is in relation to horizontal. If the knuckle end is higher than the rack end at rest, the distance between horizontal and angle at rest at the knuckle is the amount of spacer you need to add?
