Z4M cold start tap

Hey guys. Looking for opinions on this cold start tapping I recently noticed though I'm not sure if it's always been like that. Occurs for roughly 30 seconds. I've gotten paranoid over engine noises now haha -- 500 miles ago I did some VANOS bulletproofing work since I had developed a low frequency knock on cold starts that was due to intake camshaft bolts shearing. Also did a valve adjustment and spark plugs at the same time. SO I'm not sure if this new noise is to blame on my work.

What do you guys think? Normal or cause for concern?

To me, it sounds like a cold S54 warming up, both my S54's have sounded like that.
