I was thinking we'd start submission maybe mid October and have voting in November and possibly delivery in December? Any thoughts?

There are only 2 sizes available from the current supplier, 11"x8.5" or 13.5"x19". The larger one would require you to put multiple images on one page as most people shoot in landscape and that layout works best portrait or multiple shots.
