I recently sold my Z4MC and no longer need this kit. It's a genuine BMW part. Online pricing puts the shim kit at $500+ and the tool at $30+. I'm selling this for $320 shipped CONUS. A couple of shims have been used as the pictures show but there are still plenty left. Thanks for looking.
