That's a pretty vague question, I mean what do you like/dislike about the car? Is it a coupe or roadster? What color/trim?
Me personally... no. But that's only cause it has an automatic. 35k on the clock is nothing, and the 3.0si has a great motor. Just depends what your needs are.

I wouldn't be afraid of that mileage - it isn't particularly high for an 06-08 model car. There hasn't been any show-stopping problems showing up on the N52 engine yet beyond the noisy lifter issue that shows up in some. The mileage is still low enough that the transmission's life can be kept at expected levels by applying proper maintenance to it (as opposed to BMW's never touch it for life policy.) You can probably find a lower mileage example, but if this one is right for you and the price is right, there's no reason not to go for it.

Yeah, I have a 3.0si with ~44K on the clock and haven't had any issues. Still running wonderfully
I agree with nmulax though... I dislike automatics, especially for sports cars. From a few threads on here lately, you can still buy the extended (similar to CPO) warranty and maintenance plans at any time before your first warranty expires.

Thanks guys. My main concern was buying a non-CPO car. Makes me a bit nervous, but I guess I could buy an additional warranty from BMW before the original runs out.
