First post - what do u guys do?

Hey folks - got a 2006 silver z4 3.0si roadster last year - absolute mint condition with only 12k miles! Ca r was lady driven and she never drove it.

Needless to say, happy as can be with this ride. I also have a modified 2004 Honda accord sedan to haul my daughter around as well.

Question for you all - been lurking for months and lots of you have amazing rides, with great mods. I hate asking, but what do you folks do for a living? I can barely afford my z4, have only the zhp knob and that's it. I can't even replace the run flats lol.

Anyway just curious - or even age group. I'm 36...not sure if that average or old/young....

Yeah but, is the question how much people make or the occupation?

I used to make coffee, then I worked 110 hours a week with my own shop. Now I have a few locations, roasterie, and training facility and only work 80 hours a week. I have taken off 3 weeks in 8 years.

But when I fell in love with BMW was when I had a 320i with 110 hp and made minimum wage. That car was as fun to drive as my newer cars are now. Well atleat close too. Drive what you can afford.

Welcome to zpost.

Thanks - would have been awkward to ask people their salaries on my first post . However reading that salary post, think it makes most sense to understand people's age ranges. Folks are buying used z4's to newer modified moupes so looks like salaries may not be a good factor.

More curious what the demographic is for us z4 drivers? When I started modding cars and sharing on forums, it was back in 2000 for my Camry and then accord...and we were all under 30 by far. Just amazing there's also folks who love to post about their rides, regardless of age (I think).

Unfortunately, not. I just turned 50. Been playing with all sorts of different cars since I was in my 20s. The MCoupe is just the latest in a long line of toys. I am a bean-counter/CPA.
