Sold the Z4 and replaced with...

e93 m3

I definitely miss the Z4 3.0SI

Sold it to a guy living in the same complex as me.

I hope he enjoys it more than I did.

Needed 2 extra seats.

Suhweet ride! How's the ride compare? My next car might be a E90M3.

I would like to hear your thoughts as I am leaning to make the switch as well, I have 3.0 Si which is a blast. I like the Z a lot but may need the extra room soon.

Did you notice a big torque difference ? My Z4 feels fast but sometimes I desire more in the back of the seat feeling. The power band feels kinda short after a while.

FYI i have never driven a M3 thats why I ask.

thanks

The ride in the M3 seems a bit stiffer since I have the car lowered.

It's definitely a lot quieter in the cabin.

The power on the 3.0SI compares to the M3 (from 0-5000rpm). After that the M3 just goes

17mpg vs 23mpg average

I've dreamed about an M3 since high school (not too long ago). Once I had that chance, I didn't think twice about buying one.

you'll notice a big torque difference after 4krpm. The car just screams the higher you rev it. I still haven't gone past 7k rpm yet

The back seats are usable for sure. It helps that I can put 2 sets of golf clubs in the trunk. Couldn't do that with the Z.

You were doing it wrong then. I can easily fit 2 sets in the back.
