How to remove Gas cover??

I'm planning a little paint work & want to get a custom paint match.
The only body part that looks feasible to remove is the gas cover.

I'm usually pretty good at figuring these sort of things out, but damned if I can see how it comes apart.

Anyone ever done this?

I did find one clip, but it didn't fully release & I was afraid of breaking it.

I'll see if ours is similar to above.

I couldn't find that in the TIS for the life of me.

I found that clip & was attempting to remove just like in your TIS post, but it didn't come easily so I thought it was better to check before proceeding further.
