Friday should have been an extremely happy day. Unfortunately the seller of my condo is taking is acting f'ing retarded. And yesterday sucked ass. Part of it was sitting in weekend northbound traffic and it took me 3 hours to drive what normally takes 1. This was also his fault. Hopefully he gets his shit together and I can close on this thing Monday. I'd have backed out, but I don't really have that option in my situation.

Thanks but no thanks. I'm going to grad school in boston and the reason for me to live in the city is to not have to commute.
