ZCP/CSL Rims, Little help with tire sizes please!
Ok this would be advise for tire sizes for ZCP rims, I should mention due to possible "sales" of certain style tires I may be more inclined to go with what will fit rather than whats optimal,
Fronts 19x8 Tire's Probably going with: Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3s (always been obsessed with them) Probably going with : 245/35/19 fitment, Now I "can" get away with running 225/35 or 235/35 right? I think the fronts I'm more than set with 245/35/19, from research I see many people running this size, Ok Backs, 19.9x5 Again tires are probably going to be Goodyears Probably going with 275/30/19 BUT, I can get a GREAT deal on 275/40/19's Too big sidewall? Also get a good deal on 265/30/19's I know I can run 265's as thats what CSL's came with stock, and on a Z4M I'm not sure how much tire can fit under the rear arches without rubbing, So as I said lots of weird numbers there, some not optimal, but Q's are more about "will it fit?" than should I fit it, if it really is optimal and recommended I'll stick with my 245/35/19 Front and 275/30/19 rear setup,

i personally went with the csl sizes, if its good enough for the track biased csl then its good enough for the z4m imo. plus if you feel round the back of the wheel on the rears you'll be amazed how tight it is, personally im very happy with 235/35/19 265/30/19.
im currently needing to change to new tyres and ill be using the same sizes again but maybe ps2s with the larger sidewall. |
