Rogue Engineering Front Control Arm Bushings

So as most of you know there are not any options out there in terms of performance front control arm bushings for the Z4M. I think that is about to change though! I stopped by Rogue the other day after work and was shooting the shit with the guys at the shop. I wanted to test fit there E46 race brace on the M Coupe to see if it would fit. While testing fitting race brace (it looks like it will fit) I asked Ben about making a set of front control arm bushings for our cars. Ben said sure! I just have to stop by the shop again with my car so they can take measurements. I was gonna do that yesterday but wasn't able to. I told him I would post up here and see how much interest there would be. So if you interested post up here and let me know.

They would look pretty much like the e46 version below but with the proper offset in the bushing.

As far as I knew there where no front control arm bushings for our cars besides OEM but I could be wrong.

About to replace my FCAB's soon. Will these RE ones make more noises?

Sooner the better! Need to do the rears soon and would prefer only to align the car once!

I don't think the M3 have the offset like ours.
AFAIK the Z4M are unique.

Re-alignment isn't needed when replacing the FCAB's.

It's about time!

Do you guys think the deflection graph is the OEM rubber vs their "black" units or the urethane "red" units?

Great! It looks like we have some interest. This will be great to take back to Ben. As far as the questions in this thread, keep them coming and I will ask Ben for answers. I can say that my good friend change out both his front and rears and the feeling was amazing. The handling was much more crisp. Did I mention the boys at Rogue know the Z4 platform pretty well.... Ben's personal car is a maldives blue Z4 with and E39 M5 V8 in it!

In addition any other products you would like from Rogue mention them in this thread and I will run them by him. I will be fitting the their race brace pictured below this week to confirm fitment.

F360C,

I am definitely interested. I was thinking that at the end of the year, both the front and rear CAB's should be replaced as a preventive measure.

On the 30th, I have to go to CT for work and I drive right past Rogue on my way. I might have to stop in and look around.

I would highly suggest stopping by. They could not be a nicer group of guys. I got to the shop last time when they were closing the doors and they had no problem talking to me way past shop close. Just give them a ring before hand and let them know you are coming by. Make sure to bring you cheque book because it is hard not to spend some money when you have all that shiny metal around you.

We will have a final answer when I take my car back and test fit the brace. I am crossing my fingers it fits.

Too bad their strut brace wouldn't clear the oil cap on the n52 else I'd buy one. I actually plan on stopping by their shop this Friday to pick up some new bushings.
