In this instance, it would be faster to pull the connector on the pump.

Fold back and tiewrap in place. Use a black tiewrap and it looks OEM.
You can do this until you get time to dig into the fuse block. |

It is not the mess that most have removed the fuse. It is the total pain in the ass and related costs when you loose one of the covers. And if you use the washers frequently, you will!
