Lemforder or OEM FCAB?
Is this OEM?
http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-68...dels-pair.aspx Is says OEM in the title, but then in the description it says Brand: Lemforder. Does Lemforder make the OEM version for BMW? on ECS it looks like Lemforder and OEM are different: $91 and Lemforder http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-Z4-3.0i....0L/ES2652203/ $166 for OEM http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-Z4-3.0i-M54_3.0L/ES49287/ Which one should i get? How is the Meyle (this is the one my mechanic suggested)? |

look on RockAuto.com. They generally label each third party supplier either budget, standard, or premium. You can find the part and see if they list Lemforder or Meyle higher.
I'm not sure which one actually makes the OEM ones, but you can bet its not really BMW. Something small like that definitely comes from a supplier. |

Both Lemforder and Meyle are BMW OEM suppliers. Meyle parts have a little better rep for wear life but either are OK. Just don't get the URO brand if Rock Auto has them in that brand.
