2007 roadster Bilstein B4 rear shock install

When installing my B4 shocks on my 2007 roadster they have a rectangular block on one side of the bottom mount.
Is that block mount supposed to be facing the bolt head or the car mount?

When I emailed Bilstein they say it's the opposite of the instructions I found at NewTis and Pelican Parts.

Newtis page shown. What would you go with?

Thanks

You can use a metal washer, that is just to prevent the shock to pull through the bolt

I don't need a washer. The shocks have the block on them already as I said in the posting.

I can't remember but that washer is to prevent the bolt from pulling into the bushing.. so it should be on the head side. I would google around and confirm also

My kw just came with circle washer on the bolt heat side.

Page 9 of the kw manual, its on the bolt head side

My Bilsteins have the rectangle built on. I put them on with that block facing the bolt head so it matches what NewTIS says.
It's just strange that Bilstein said it was the opposite way.
