35 year old Air Traffic Controller at ZAN center in Anchorage Alaska for the past 7 years. Just had my first child last year. Was going to sell the car after my daughter arrived, but my wife talked me out of it thankfully. I have had my 07 m coupe for 3 years now and hope to keep it forever.

Telecomm Engineer for NASA. I fly more spacecraft before breakfast than most people do all day, but Nate has a nicer office. P.S. Wish me luck. I'm going to try and land on Mars on "cinco de ocho". |

I got to age 70 2 months ago. I'm a retired physicist and emigrated from England 3 years ago. I got totally hooked on roadsters when I bought my first car in 1960 - a 1933 MG L type Magna which had a 6 cylinder engine - still the best . Two big problems now (1) my wife, who is much younger than I, thinks I'm past driving and hogs the Z4 and (2) our insurance company is loading me. Hey ho all good things come to an end but I ain't giving up without a fight ! |

28 and I'm an in-field project accountant for a very successful medium-sized construction company in the Alberta oil sands. From the prairies tho, and will go back. Was working in management in the automotive industry before this at a dealer, and was a financial advisor for Sun Life before that.
Have a total passion for BMWs and want to work for BMW corporately one day soon! |

43, and just bought my first sports car - a 2007 BMW Z4 M w/20k miles. Wife stays home w/the kids, but allowed me to indulge a childhood dream of owning a hot rod roadster. I head up a real estate development team and a sales team.

I'm an I.T. guy. I do internal hardware/software support for a major national telecom.
That makes me a -Telecom Information Technology Specialist. (That's right, Acronym - T.I.T.S.) And I've been surviving mergers, acquisitions and layoffs for more than 12 years.

I'm a 40 year old physician. I work as a "hospitalist". I'm also the director of the hospitalist program. If you haven't been hospitalized lately, then you probably don't know what a hospitalist is.
We take care of most of the patients. We'll call on the specialists if we need any help with a case ie. surgery, cardiology, gastroenterology. You can consider us as the general practice guy within the hospital. Your primary care physician probably used to admit sick patients to the hospital. They usually don't anymore. Anyone in health care knows that there's a shortage of intensivists. Same thing at our hospital. I also run the ICU which is more than just general practice. The sicker the better. I love taking patients from the brink of death to seeing them leave the hospital. Besides all the clinical work, I'm pretty active in many hospital committees to insure we deliver great healthcare, patients are happy and of course, that we remain profitable. I've always wanted a Z. First was the Z3 then the Z4. I love driving with the top down. It is the single most enjoyable thing I do in a day besides coming home to the family. I definitely drive it in a spirited fashion. Some may call it reckless. I prefer the term spirited. Glad to see such a diverse group of BMW owners here. Coming to this site to learn about about BMWs has been real enjoyable.
