Do Spoilers make a car go fast?

For those of you who aren't familiar, great read. Shows that this type of spoiler can really help push the air up/horizontal rather than down after the tail of the car, reducing tail end lift.

Now get this thing made already!

I wouldn't say it's high kick since that wasn't the intention. However, to make it more aggressive and follow the lines of the coupe hatch. Long and low won't enhance the great rear end of the coupe.

The hatch is on the floor so it'll seem to be higher kick than it actually is. I don't know how to rotate the picture other than 90 degrees. Tilt you head to the left slightly, I guess.

Lots of trimming and shaping still need to be done. Just showing more angles and some work in progress.

hope this clears up regarding the angle of the spoiler..

Looks great so far. I'd say that's a perfect medium kick. Besides, anyone who wants a small kick can buy the OEM spoiler.

It'll have a more tapered edge to compliment the coupe lines.

That is the goal. It'll be in CF and around the same price range as the roadster version. It'll definitely be higher cost since this is a bigger piece.
