See what I've got for my Z

I got this today. :-)

Wet Okole seat cover. Got them installed today.

My car seat has bad scratch on the driver side from the day I bought my Z. I hated it but did not want to pay for new oem leather cover. Luckily, I live close to Wet Okole so I gave them try. I thought a lot about which color to choose. (There were not much colors that match with beige interior). I went with orange color and I think it turned out great!!

Orange with yellow piping.. I really like it, but I'm not sure what I would've done personally considering you have beige. I definitely respect the fact that you went away from the norm..

I've wanted these for years, Unfortunately their web site has no options for the M sport seat with integrated headrest. It looks like its not an option.
Since you live so close, can you talk to someone there and ask why? Maybe let them know there are hundreds of z4 owners with the sport seat that would buy their product if they made a sport seat cover version?

If I end up keeping the Z4 I may have to get a pair of these. The added padding may make the difference in the uncomfortable base seats with their horrid vinyl covers.

Ditto!

And as many potential customers do not live near this shop, it would be great if they could sell the seat covers so they can be installed by a local shop.

They do not add BMW logo. Maybe it's because of the law I guess. I just bought BMW logos ebay and handed them over then they put them on.

Yes it's wetsuit material. Nice feeling. I just wanted something different and thought Orange goes well with Beige. I thought about darker beige but that not really eye-catching I thought and their colors are limited. Hope these cover does not get scratched easily like oem leather.

this looks very tempting. how is the fitment, does it seem to move at all or does it really stick to the seats.

There is absolutely no movement or looseness. Everything is very very tight. Guess that is why it's not easy to put on a wetsuit???

For both seats to be recovered - labour and material? That is an excellent price. If they wanted to expand their offering so that they also do M / Sport seats and provide something for folks in other cities (ie, they make the cover and a local shop installs it) I think they could make a nice buck at this. I think we're at the point now where a lot of E85 / E86 Z4 / M owners love their cars so much that they don't want to part with them - ever!

Talking

Lol, 3-4 weeks after reading your thread. I went to the same place you went an Anaheim,CA. People were really nice and friendly to me. Service was OUTSTANDING. These people are soo honest, after installing my seat covers for free, they found $20 under my seat, I let them keep it for tip.

I love the color combo.
And the passenger seat is very nicely accessorized.
