Just wanted to pass along that I saw two Alpine white MCoupes on Autotrader. I had a very hard time finding my Alpine so hopefull this helps someone.

The first one I've seen for sale here before the new year by a member, then at a dealer autotrader around Dec/Jan, then on autotrader by an individual, now back on autotrader at a different dealer. I wonder what's up with this car:

i guess people will pay premiums for good condition cars. i have an offer from belgium thats almost hard to refuse. love my car too much to sell it though

I was going to call on the white one in Alhambra when I saw it this morn. It was gone few hours later.
The good ones go fast.
Why are there so many red and black ones for sale, the only two colors I don't want.

Was going to look and test drive the car in Alhambra... I did a search online, got something that popped up that matched the same vin# on some auction website.... Stated the vehicle had 123k miles.... Not sure what's going on... Didn't feel right, so didn't bother looking...

Again, this popped up... don't know exactly why or if the miles showing on the auction website is a misprint. Be cautious....

Both carfax and autocheck checked out. The pre purchase inspection also checked out.

Not too worried about the auction and the car drove well during the test drive. Took at the precautions i could and it seems to be good. Hopefully no surprises as the car looks in good shape! Picking it up today.

That was the BMW carbon lip but it was chipped and glued back. The vehicle also had CSL type wheels. Looked at it last Sat but passed, for some reason, the car had no service record since 2k.

Yeah the carbon lip is chipped probably the same time the rear hatch got the small dent. I assume hitting something while opening the hatch. I am going to probably remove it if i cant find anyone that can repair it. Still 50-50 on how it looks.

No service records was concerning but the car ran fine so i decided to risk it. Service mileage is about where it should be so i suspect an independant or self service.

I am taking precautions and will be running a full flush and replacement on the fluids and belts. Then take the time to clean up the body (front chips and rear quarter sized dent on hatch).

All in all, i am so far satisfied with the car. This has been the first white m coupe to pop up locally that ive seen. I had almost give up hope and settled with another color but I am glad I waited it out.
