Oil Accumulator

Has anyone installed an aftermarket engine oil accumulator (not the vanos variety)? I'm intrigued by the idea, but the Z4M has not much room in the engine compartment. Thanks!!

I have seen the Accusump variety installed on full on race cars but could also be an added layer of insurance for a street car.
