Carver Hifi upgrade

I have a 05 3.0 with the 10 speaker carver hifi, after a few weeks my amp went out and instead of spending a grand on a stock amplifier i decided to upgrade the whole system using the stock speakers for now for about $350, i didnt take pics during the install but if anyone needs any help im more than happy to give some advice on installing a new amp and headunit using the existing wiring. i have the wire color codes for all the speakers and pin numbers from the factory amp.

Does this fit the kick panel, door panel, tweeter panel with little or no modification?
That seems too good to be true. The price is fantastic. If these were pug-and-play, I'd buy them tomorrow.
I need to do a door speaker upgrade.
Previous owner spilled a latte into the driver's side door speaker and now it buzzes.
It's giving me blood pressure.

I think all should fit pretty good if the magnets arent to big but its been my experience or just my luck I always have to modify to get the tweeters to fit havent tried on the z yet though

The depth on the mids are the trickiest. Those should fit though as they are under 2" deep. As mentioned, the diameter of the tweets are the next to be concerned about.

I could do some Dremelling if the diameters are biggish, but if the magnets don't fit, that's a show stopper.
