Style 224 on E85 non M

Sorry for such a basic question that I am sure has been answered before (I did search).

Will the 224's fit my non m e85 z4? If so, will I need anything (spacers) or are they a direct fit?

That was helpful, thank you. I have decided to skip the hassle of getting these to fit and just buy new CSL knock offs with the correct offsets from the beginning.
