....the guys at Tischer come through again!

I had an issue with an item that didn't get shipped with my order.
The guys there were fantastic.
The order ended up at my drop ship location by accident and they made sure that it was redirected to me.

No hassles, no fuss, just great professional service!!!
several emails back & forth (by them) to ensure that everything was OK and I was happy.

Sweet! Same experience here when I bought my side skirts from them. One was missing the rubber seal. They got it to me asap.

Problems happen, and how they're addressed is a good measure of customer service. These guys are on the ball.

When I ordered a bunch of stuff earlier this year I was missing 1 of the 4 sway bar mounting bolts when I went to pick up my order. Apparently there was a national backorder on them? I don't think they ever did mail it to me, although I only needed 3 anyways. Everything else with the order was super smooth though.
