Laidback... question... looking at the the mounting of your exhaust... does the Driver's side pipes stick out farther than the Passenger's side? I was looking at some of the pictures and it appeared that way... Thanks, Chuck I

For people who are asking about how loud...

I think most places have a 89db noise level restriction.
When working with dB figures, 10dB means a change by a factor of 10.
Eg: 100dB noise is 10 times stronger than 90dB or a hundred times stronger than 80dB etc

Which makes it extremely loud and if you have to ask how loud, its probably too loud for you.

Cabin noise is pretty much tolerable, it does not even bother me and i can talk on my bluetooth with ease, another thing is rev matching (is amazing) never felt or heard it any better...deep smooth sounding exhaust is what i'd like to describe the RPI GT exhaust and with the added HP and TQ i think it's a real winner!

Thanks for posting the vid laidback. Guys its hard to tell someone if something or a sound is tolerable or not because everyone's tolerance level is different. Like someone else mentioned before, if you have to ask, its probably too loud for you. :P To me, its not loud at all.

RPIPower, are you going to wait until you have 25 takers before you start production? Thanks, Chuck I

Wondering the same thing... cause I don't even know if there will be 25 ppl that will actually go through with this. If that is the case, I will start looking at other options because I don't want to play the waiting game forever haha, some dates/deadlines would be super helpful!

Production started a couple of weeks ago. We are only taking the names so we will have an official first come first serve type of thing. Posting the list online keeps it fair for everyone.

Here is the official list: http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=280036

I'll be driving my car in the winter, I'm assuming the T304 stainless steel used to make this exhaust will hold up pretty well?

???

No idea how you're measuring the weight of the stock cans... they're actually ~22.5lbs each side.

-When JPP was making the BMS exhaust they measured the stock mufflers at 19lbs each and the x-pipe at 13lbs, the BMS exhaust being 11lbs each and 10lbs, respectively. Could be some variance between scales, or the 19lbs could be without hangers and 22.5lbs could be with hangers

I had my Remus muffers installed a couple of weeks ago and measured the weights of the OEM mufflers and the Remus' using the same digital scale.

Remus - 9.0kg or 19.8lbs
OEM - 9.9kg or 21.8lbs
