AC vent trim piece help…

Any idea where I can find the little faux-metal plastic trim piece that goes on the AC vent louvre blade adjustment piece? Is it even possible to find or do I have to replace the entire clip?

Check on eBay …. Years ago l bought replacement tabs that a guy had 3D printed. It was the whole tab if I remember properly. Likely search term is…. Z4 vent tab …..
