Picking up a 2007 ///M Coupe: What to look for?

Hello! I've tentatively purchased a 2007 CPO ///M Coupe, production number 1528, born 8/16/2007. It has PP, NAV, Sepang Bronze Extended leather, Heated Seats and HD radio, 16k miles, clean carfax, 1200 mls service + it was serviced per the BMW factory maintenance over the last 4 years. While I've not seen or driven the car in person (it's 600 miles away), the relationship with the dealer (non BMW) is good and it seems trustworthy. The purchase is pending personal inspection and a test drive

. So basically I am looking for pointers to what items on the car I should go over with with a magnifier or I need to ask, before signing the purchase agreement. Any specific problems for 08/2007 build ///M Coupes?

Not sure it it was mentioned in the threads (didn't see it on quick scan), but the high pressure power steering hose can sometimes have a leak.

+1. mine was damp around the seals so i had it changed for a brand new hose as preventative maintenance.

No love for sepang bronze extended leather? In the pictures I got it looked stunning, especially combined with the interlagos blue exterior...

Seems this happens to all BMWs? My m3's low pressure line sheared off the cooling line.

Spent 8 hours on my back replacing the whole thing.

I have light sepang expended, I think brown sepang extended interior will look amazing on blue

I have the light sepang extended leather in my Interlagos blue coupe. I love it, and I get plenty of compliments on the color combo.

I closed the deal and picked up the ///M coupe I mentioned in post #1. It is truly a gorgeous car and rides amazingly sharp. Stunning, I can't stop smiling behind the wheel. I immediately drove 560 trouble free miles (in 9 hours) and have no regrets.

My prior car - a 2006 E90 330i Titanium Silver, which I had to let go to get into this gorgeous ///M Coupe. It served me trouble free for nearly 5 years and almost 40k miles. Time to move on (and just after 100 miles I already know: this ///M is a keeper!):
