Need Opinion On Tires

I want to keep my 19s and move to a 40 series tire. I am currently running

245/35/19 fronts
275/30/19 rears

I am running Volk CE28Ns for Z4M/M3. I have these tires due to a 3 inch drop on my M3. I am being conservative with a 1 inch drop on my Z4M.

Can I run these without any issues?

245/40/19 front
275/35/19 rear

Or

245/45/19 fronts
275/40/19 rears

Need opinions...I like the 18 inch ride but want the black 19s. I put my OEM wheels and tires on for the winter.

They are:

225/45/18
255/40/18

The ride is really nice.
