Specs are: 18x8.5 ET35 front and 18x10 ET25 rear. Michelin PSS 245/40R18 front and 275/35R18 rear.

The color is perfect for Silvery Grey. The wheels are darker than the car paint, which is the look I was going for. I'm not a fan of matching wheels and body paint perfectly, and in different light the wheels are different shades of grey, just like the paint on the body. The camera on my phone doesn't really capture it perfectly, as the colors look very similar in the pictures, but in person they are different. Apex did a great job with this wheel and I couldn't be happier. I keep pulling out my phone to look at these two pictures and admiring the look!

Sorry, only one more pic for now. I was in town long enough to get them installed and I'm back on the road again in warm and wonderful San Antonio at the moment. When I get back and have proper time to detail the car I'll try and take more pics...but a dyno of my post Evolve tune is higher on the priority list!

I am having mine mounted today, but the shop says the TPMS valve stems stick out too far, and could possibly snap off on a curb.

Did anyone else run into this problem? The shop is currently looking for bands to mount the sensors to the wheel. :-( Any advice would be appreciated.

I was able to find shorter valve stems at the dealer to fix the issue. If anyone else needs to find shorter valve stems, this thread is the definitive reference: http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=461621

Of course Austin BMW only had 3 of the shortest stems in stock, so I now have 3 at 43 MM, and 1 at 49 MM. Oh, and of course the dealer also charged a 150% markup over the internet prices. The wheels look great on the car though.

9.5 et35 fronts will fit. Et43 won't. For tires on et35, 255/35s will fit, 265/35s I believe will need a small spacer.

Been done before, and there's pics in the Classifieds of the EAS Alpine White Z4M on 18x9.5 +22 Work Emotion 11-RFTs. Looks nice

But yes, camber plates are a must unless you run skinnies, which is not recommended.

This is not something we have direct experience with, but we know that the 18x9.5" ET22 can work with a 255/35/18 if you are willing to modify your fenders and dial in negative camber. It is quite aggressive and requires a lot of negative camber (more than negative 3 degrees). The 265/35/18 would require more negative camber, and possibly a fender roll as well.

So, I just had those installed today. Looks awesome!!

At the same time, I installed H&R coilovers along with Vorshlag camber plates. And I did do the 255/35 tires. I only had to go 3 degrees negative camber though, and that's it - no fender rolling. Oh yeah, I went with the 10.5" wheels in back. The wheels look great, and with the suspension mods, I can't wait for Autocross this weekend!

Here are a couple of pictures of my new EC-7's. Before buying them I hadn't seen the Anthracite finish with a red M coupe but I'm very pleased with the result. My car has a completely stock suspension so I went with a very conservative setup as follows:

18x8.5" ET35 Front with 235/40/18
18x9.5" ET22 Rear with 265/35/18

Tires are Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2. I bought tires and TPMS sensors for the new wheels so that I can easily switch between these and the stock wheels/tires. I painted the valve stems myself before installing them using a Dupli-Color wheel paint that matched the wheel finish perfectly.

Finally got a couple of pics. Apex EC-7 18x9.5" ET22 and 18x10" ET25. Tires - Dunlop Star Specs - 255/35 and 275/35. Also have Vorshlag camber plates and H&R coilovers.

I know the 18x9.5 +22 is recommended for stock suspension setup, but how conservative is this setup? Are the 18x10 +25 that much more aggressive? will camber adjustment be needed. I would like to run 275 in the rear with no rubbing during hard driving.
