How to Clean Brushed Aluminum Trim?

I thought I saw a post while back about a member who detailed his car and gave great advice on how to clean the brushed aluminum trim but I can't find it via Search.

Anyone have the link or have general recommendations?

I don't have the link but on my last car, I used the Stainless Magic wipes, they brightened up the aluminum, has no smell and were cheap.

I would clean them by gently wiping with mild soap and warm water, using a clean soft cloth, like a face cloth. I would wipe in the direction of the "grain" which is polished into the aluminum.

turtle wax ice interior care it cleans every thing the stuff is amazing but kinda messy

I've had superb results over the years with : Lemon Pledge.
It really deep cleans and puts a protective shine on.
