Power top locking latchers problem

Hi,

I have a strange problem with the power top mechanism of my vehicle.

When I close the power top, the hydraulic pump raises the folding top up but the two latchers are not locked, what makes flashing red error on the dashboard (Operation failed).

When I open the power top down ,I have to push the "close top" button on the dashboard to unlatch the top then I need to push the "open top" button on the dashboard to open the folding top itself.

I replaced the power motor that controls the locks but the problem still exist.

How can I fix this?
