Crank Pulley (Double stage) front of the S54

Anyone know how to get this thing off? I removed the bolts and there is a black cap that appears to be part of the assembly. I'm not sure I could get a pulley - Puller in there if i wanted too..

Since many of you have done this I figured I would ask!

Thanks!

I can't help, so I'm just here to gawk at the big power that's on its way

Very excited to see this through! You may want to check out the E46 forums. When I did my VF install, I spent quite a bit of time over there.

Thanks B

I found the TIS manual.. I assume removal is listed in that. Such a weird design. You would think a pully (Puller) would work but I just cant see how.
maybe its just stuck on there and needs to be pryed off.. I just didnt want to destroy the pulley in the process.
