The thing is since I did Rick's shift knob in white ALL I have had orders for is white knobs,

You can always try the "other" idea I proposed to you... and make only a couple sets for you & I.

Black is ground, match that to the factory brown wire,
the other color goes to the factory grey with red stripe and your golden!

Yea i saw ur instruction that came with the package but my thing is that i have had no experience with wiring wat so ever. So i don't know how to connet the wire using blue things u provided me with. If u are able to post some pics of how to connect the wire that would be appriciated.

I tried a 5 speed,
sadly no dice, The only way of doing a 5 speed is having an OEM E36 M3 or a Z3M lighted shift knob to use for parts AND a ZHP,

So if anyone has a lighted 5 Speed knob I could convert it to a lighted ZHP

and you would find a light source Id guess from the ashtray area but no I don't have any info on that as mine already had the wires

you clip the blue taps into the current wire and have the new wire inside the clip too,

The clip then joins the 2 wires without having to cut,
Just match up the colors and your set,
Or have someone who knows a little about wires, It really isn't hard just take your time
