Rick, as usual, I love your travellogs! My husband and I stayed at the Hummingbird Inn for Valentines weekend 12 years ago... gotta go back, now that we have a Z4! Our local Z club does group drives! It would be a privilege to have you join us sometime! I could use some photo pointers, too!

Wow, that's a great set of photos! Canada was already on my must-tour list, but now it has a couple of big asterisks next to it.

And the 911 looks great. Your wife really has outstanding taste in cars.

I'm really pleased that you enjoy these trip reports--thanks for your comments.

The Hummingbird Inn looked quite small from the front. When I went to one side of it, I was surprised by how large it actually is. I didn't look around too much when I was there, since a large wedding and reception were being held, amidst frequent rain showers. Everyone was busy enough without me getting in the way!

Your VA Z club drives sound like fun. Please be sure to let me know about upcoming events, since it would be great to join you all some time. And I'd be glad to volunteer some photo tips, on the off chance that your club actually stops long enough to allow photos.
