Yes ... Nice welding, but I don't see how it can be a very effective system with all those welds.
I'm not a fan of these cut & paste coupled systems.

Good workmanship for sure, but that seems like leak city once the car is a few years old.. The ideal situation would be to have one solid piece of tube bent where it needs to be....
From an engineering standpoint, the relative roughness of a pipe can have a large affect on the friction within the pipe.. In many cases, a even a crush bend might be better than having weld penetrate into the flow. I'd have to bust out my fluid mechanics book to verify.. On the other hand, it might not be as bad if they expanded the joints of the pipes so they fit together and you were just welding that outside seam, rather than butt-welding together. My guess is that could be how they did it, seems like it would be dang near impossible to get it together properly if all those little tiny pieces were butt-welded together.

The other significant thing is;
The way this is routed it looks like the chassis structural reinforcement plate is unlikely to fit.
