Have you thought about looking at Performance Gearing?

From Performance gearing....

"Doug,

A complete final drive with 4.10 gearing and limited slip, ready to bolt-in to your Z4 without any modifications would be $2450.

Shipping within the US would be $75.

If you are not in the US, please forward your postal code and I will forward an exact shipping cost.

thanks for your inquiry,
Jim"

Damn good price and quite tempting with a three year warranty unlimted mileage.

I don't know then, but Evosport is a true LSD with evosport - Sport Differential Upgrade - BMW e46 M3/Z4M - 4.10 with 3-Clutch LSD + Asymmetrical Ramps (30/70 or 30/90) And they also offer a 4.45 and 4.75 ratio if you want to be more aggressive.

A couple of guys here have used diffsonline with good results.
They will also customize the LSD any way you want.

No idea, They might,
I put mine in myself,

But actually they do sell a complete ready to bolt in diff,
If you can't do that yourself pretty much any decent mechanic could do that,

just remember the right oil,
you have to use the SAF-XJ + FM booster,
Even though it calls for SAF-XJ, I had a bit of noise when cold from the diff with that oil,

Switched out to SAF-XJ +FM booster and not a single noise since,
Plus they sell SAF-XJ +FM in bottles and you can get it from your dealer or Tischer,
the regular SAF-XJ only comes in 55 gal drums

If I recall (as its been a while) the diffs online gear set I have is a actual BMW Motorsport set,
Its not aftermarket gears, and for a while Tischer was even selling them for around $800 for the set,

I think all the parts stock has dried up now, But mine are BMW gears,

That is my concern, their prices are much better for the custom system that I want but Evosport is a very good company and I never use their LSD but I did used to have other parts from them and even headers, the price kills tho but the quality had no comparison , I will try to call Diffonline tomorrow and see what they really offer and make a decision I guess...
