Brand New HRE 843R 19" Wheels in E46 M3 Fitment (Was told may fit Z4s)

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
I am posting the ad here as I was told these may work on the z4 or z4m's:

I have a set of brand new 19" HRE 843r that were built for the e46 m3. I was going to fit these on my e92m, but the offsets are way off and I am going to stick with my powdercoated zcp wheels...

They were built aggressively with 19*9" fr and 19*10.5" rr. Offsets are 43 fr and 30 rr. Finish is silver paint with polished lips. If anyone is looking for another finish, I can get them refinished prior to selling. I have a great company that has refinished numerous sets of wheels for me (including just recently my 22" HRE from my land rover that came out better than new). I know brand new from HRE they were around $7k. Price is $3800. These are brand new top of the line HRE wheels...

Locals preferred, but will ship at buyer's expense. Paypal must add 3% or do "personal" transfer. Any questions, please pm me.

Thanks for looking.
Here are the pictures:

Nice wheels. I had these years ago on my M3. I remember them being like $1200+ a wheel back in the day. Not sure what they go for now.

These wheels were never 1200pc... You may be confused with the 4 or 5 series HRE, which were closer to 1200/pc for 19s. These were always about $1700/pc. Unless you got $2k off list, which from what I understand is impossible for HRE's as they don't allow their dealers to discount heavily, I don't think you got the set for $4800

Anyway, thanks for the bump. Do you by any chance know if the offsets/widths are fitting for the z4?

Are you in Socal? I'm interested...but not sure I can part with that kind of $$$. They would make a sweet Christmas present for the Z though.

I'm not sure the rears will fit. Anyone know?

Yes I am in socal...

Would love for someone to confirm fitment. I know many people who put z4m wheels on their e46m's and vice versa; however, I also know that this set was built quite aggressively...

Actually they were for sponsored cars. Sorry forgot to add that, so yes they were $1200 a wheel..
It was less than $4800 actually. Along with that I had a sponsorship with Endless USA and got my front kit for like $1900 brand new and the updated kit. Unsponsered cars were paying like $4000 for the fronts. I signed a contract and everything back in the day.

I think the rears would fit ok. I am running a more aggressive rear but my front is a 19x8.5 +35 with a 245 tire with no rubbing with a 1 inch drop. So you are at a 19x9 +43? I don't see why it wouldn't fit. So in reality if you're running a 19x9 +43 that would be like running 19x8.5 +37 for clearance purposes right? Something like that...

I have a calculator website somewhere.

Here is the one for tires. Very helpful....

http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

Let me try and find it.

Well its not fair to use sponsored prices as a reference point as the other 99.999999999% didn't and can't pay that price

I think you are right about the offset. On another forum a guy told me every 1/2" you add 6mm, so 43 in a 9 is like 37 in a 8.5 using that logic...

But, I am not 100% sure. If there was a buyer seriously interested, they could phone in the serial numbers to HRE and get 100% confirmation...

Thanks for the info

True that.

I think it is like 6mm for every half inch. It is something like that. I remember going through this set after set on my S2000 and NSX. I think it will fit fine.
