Bimmerlink
Has anyone tried to read error codes using bimmerlink on their e85?Its not listed as a supported model. I got an check engine today and didn't want to waste money if it won't work.
Any other apps that I can use with my Vgate? I have an 07 3.0si Thanks |

BimmerLink is only for newer vehicles (F, G and I series). I've used Stephan's other app, BimmerCode, extensively on my F87 M2 and it's great.
For the E series cars, have you tried Carly? I bought their adapter and app for my E86 M Coupe and it does allow some coding and other functions, and it claims you can "Find and Clear manufacturer-level fault codes" though I have yet to do that on my car... |
