Bmw Z4 Coilover options.

Hi Guys ,
Im wanted to know everybodys opinion on z4 e85 coilovers non m.
So I had tein coilers on my z4 for about a year and they were alright.
However I sold them because I thought I was going to sell the car which I'm not going to anymore . I changed jobs and no I have a nice commute to work + the z4 is great on gas!.

So Im looking at my options for buying back Coilovers Im not trying to spend too much as I won't be using this car on the track its going to be my daily driver.
The brands I'm seeing are
Megan, ST, BC theirs a couple more out their, of course theirs KW but thats way out of my budget.

Your help/opinion will be much appreciated

Thanks,
Reginald.

BC and Megan both suck, ST is ok because they're essentially KW V1's without rust protection but you need that for tri-state.

Best budget coilover is Fortune, else get springs and shocks. How often do you really adjust height (camber changes with height)? Because if you do I bet you're not getting it aligned every time. If going low is your goal plenty of springs out there that will get the job done.

The st coilovers are coming with 5 year warranty would that cover the rusting?

Probably not. You know it's a common sales tactic to put a long warranty on crap to sell more of it? And when it comes to it there's something in the fine print that excludes your item from the warranty.

Not saying the ST's are like that, but it's common practise in many areas of sales.

Megans have a fine reputation in the Japanese aftermarket crowd. Is their quality actually worse for their BMW coilovers? I was looking at them too because they are only $699 on ebay ($899 regular price I believe).

Fortune is considered a budget coilover nowadays? Sheesh, they are more expensive than H&Rs which is probably at the top end of my budget.
