Higher rate springs on KW Clubsport?
According to this blog, the stock springs are too soft and he replaced with higher rate springs, linear front and rear, and removed the helper spring.
Can I get insight into what type of springs I'm looking for and where to shop? The fronts seem straight forward but the rears are that progressive "barrel" type. Also, can I get insight into appropriate rates for our cars (for track)? Thanks!

Not familiar with the KW clubsport kit at all. But the Swift springs seem like a popular choice when people are swapping out their springs. I actually liked the TCKline rear springs and ran those with my GC coilovers for a while.

maybe its the z4 platform but the supplied springs feel god damn stiff already to me, i like the slightly softer linear spring and using the valving to stiffen things up further, thats exactly how TCK will advise you to go..... i have never felt the need to go stiffer tbh and my car is giving some excellent times at the track in the past season, however KW have told me int he past the damper units can support upto 700nm should you wish to go stiffer.
