FS: Rogue Engineering Diablo Exhausts
I just picked these up from another forum member about a week ago, but after installing them, my wife and I decided that they are not for us, a tad too much volume. They are gorgeous on the car though, and I wish we could keep them. They are in great shape, the previous owner claimed to put only 3000kms on them, and I drove no more than 100km. Would prefer Canadian sale due to shipping/paperwork involved to the US. I will also include the flange nuts I needed since the OEM exhaust has the nuts welded on. These are a perfect fit, and installation is a breeze (took about 1 hour going slow). No modifications are required to the stock system, they are direct bolt in. They will fit both the Z4M Coupe and Roadster Asking $700 + shipping. Last edited by ncnmra; 07-31-2012 at 09:14 PM.. |

did you break them in yet? once broken in they tame down. I'd say put another 100km on them.

It was mostly the drone around 2-3k that got to us. Don't get me wrong, the sound is awesome, but I was expecting it to be a little different. I think I'm going to hold out for the AFE Intake. In a coupe, these would probably be fantastic, but with the top down on the roadster it was a little much for us. Ideally, I am hoping for something that maintains a quiet (stock) sound down low, but opens up higher up. I think the Intake may be a better option for us.
The look and sound from outside is amazing on these though. I have to admit, I had a sad face this morning driving to work, the OEM sound is so anemic.... |

breaking in new plumbing is not about breaking in the hardware itself, it is about building up carbon deposits around all the seals. Once that happens and the microscopic leaks are covered, the system mellows. I can take my 2 year old Rogue exhaust off my car, wipe off the connection pieces and put it back together and it sounds like an RPI the first 20 minutes and as I drive day after day, it gets quiter until it reaches Rogue levels again.

Hi everyone, thanks for the interest. I've received a few PMs, and for the guys in the US, I need to find some decent boxes and get a quote for shipping. Please standby.
