Question on spark plug reuse

I'm preparing to do my first Valve adjustment next week. I plan on removing the spark plugs for the job. These plugs are pretty much new because they were put in last year and have only about 300 miles on them. My question is is it ok to reuse them? Do the plugs have a crush washer and is the crush washer meant to be one time use only? I'd rather not get new plugs if it isn't necessary. Seems wasteful and would save me $60.

Thanks for the feedback. Some things I've read said torque them down slightly less than the specified toque due to the fact that the crush washer has already been crushed. I'm not sure if I buy that. I would think that the final torque is registered after the washer has already crushed so it wouldn't matter if it's been crushed before or not. Any thoughts?

Interesting, 115 deg more turn with a new vs used spark plug. I believe the TIS torque for our plugs is 27 Nm for new plugs. What would you suggest to torque used ones to?

Torque to the factory specifications. Angle torquing is used for a fastener that is designed to be stretched and is normally used one time then replaced. Your plugs are not designed to be stretched.

I torque new plugs but not used plugs, I tighten those by angle. But here's Denso's spec sheet for tightening used plugs. In the absence of a definitive torque spec for used plugs though, I'd have no problem torquing to factory spec as Ship indicates. Either way will yield perfectly satisfactory results.

Thanks gents, based on the feedback I'll just go with the TIS spec of 22 ft/lb (30 Nm).
