Matte Black Grills Project w/ Plasti-Dip
Got sick of my grey e85 grills. So decided to paint them black!
 Edit/Update: Decided to paint the entire grill black  Original Post Stock:  Masked the edges:  Plasti-dipped them outside, let them dry inside (it was VERY cold outside)  Final product:  Forgive the moisture here, I had to drive it to work in the rain:  Last edited by SwissArmy; 01-13-2013 at 01:47 PM.. |

Just a wipe down really. Nothing more. The plasti-dip bond to the grill spokes effortlessly. I did a couple of coats and voila. I took off the masking tape BEFORE the plasti dip dried, to ensure no rips/tearsLast edited by SwissArmy; 01-07-2013 at 01:00 PM.. |
