Made the mistake of ordering online before trying on in-store but it's too big for me. The wedge doesn't stay snug and has too much slack. For reference, my neck is 15.5 in dress shirts. Probably perfect fit for neck size between 16-17.

I chose this over other helmet supports because it has thicker padding behind the neck which adds to the support. Used only for 1 session of a DE, paid $69 + s/h from OGracing, asking $40 shipped.

what size is your neck? better yet what size dress shirt do you wear if wearing a tie?

Good question, I'm a skinny dude... 15, or 15.5. Basically wear a small or slim fit most times... this would probably work for anyone medium or up.
