Nope, I have the cable, everything is hooked up properly, I get no audio even though the head unit recognizes the (no) dice unit.

Talked to the vendor and to be honest all I get is run around, so it sit's on the bench as a constant reminder of how much I spent for so little return....

NO DICE....

I just connect my iPod to the auxiliary input and listen to music or on occasion I'll put a cd, but in general when I'm driving I don't listen to music. I'd rather hear the engine and exhaust notes roar. To me that is music to my ears.

If I wanted to listen to music I would have gotten a Lexus

What cable do you have plugged in? You should have a 6 pin Audio cable and a 3 pin Power/K-Bus connector. Do not use the coaxial DSP cable...

Resurrecting this old thread, just stumbled onto the Dice Silverline Duo selling for only $125 @ EAS. I have a non-nav, Premium sound E86. Is install as simple as sticking in the CD changer compartment and hooking up to existing cable(s)? Anyone have any firsthand experience? Thanks.

Yes, it is that easy but I would suggest the Audiovox Dice Mediabridge MBR-1500 which is the latest from Dice and includes bluetooth music (as well as bluetooth phone if you need it). I got it off eBay for ~ $200 The link is here
