can i noe wut kind of intake u guys usin? thankz for help

im thinkin to change an AFE intake, but one of my friend was telling me dat the stock intake was better than the AFE intake cause the AFE suckz in hot air, wut u guys think?

*Deep Breath*... The AFE intake draws in a lot of hot air because it's not a closed intake like the stock one. It also uses an aluminum heat shield which is great for absorbing heat and thus contributing to the hot air factor. If you want noise, go for it. If you want performance, get a drop in filter or get the Dinan intake.

I've yet to see an AFE dyno that proves it gives the claimed 11hp. And by dyno I mean hood closed, fan at the front and consecutive runs... Not horse sh!t open hood, big fan sitting on the engine, waited 1 hour cold runs.
