Fall Line motorsports in Chicago area ordered it. I was lucky enough to buy mine with less than 1.5k miles on it from a E46M3 owner that was upgrading to an E92M3. He basically broke it in and we swapped difs plus some cash on my end. It was a couple hundred more thant the Dinan 3.91 new though...

That's the difference in the ratio of final drive. The stock is 3.62:1, then there are 3.91:1 and 4.10:1 motorsport gears. The 3.91 is 7% different, and so makes the car feel like the stock 3.62 diff would if the car had 280ft-lbs of torque, while the 4.10 ratio is 13% and makes the car feel as if it had 290ft-lbs on the 3.62.
